DONT STAY HERE! Upon check-in, the machine to get the keys was not working and we were told they’d have to bring us to our rooms or we’d have to come back to have keys made. There’s people hanging out in the parking lots as well as the hallways and it just overall didn’t feel safe. The worst part was entering our room and finding roaches. The tub was not usable and there’s obviously black mold growing along the mirror. The bathroom door also doesn’t close or open without a loud noise that sounds like a gun shot. The smoke detector was also disabled. There was also no soap provided for hand hygiene or otherwise.

They are clearly trying to do renovations which is great and the staff was wonderful. I really loved having a kitchen which was a deal breaker for our 5 night stay. We weren't expecting much, honestly. Just needed a place to sleep.
There was zero Internet more than half the time because there was no signal. So a boost in Internet would be a GREAT improvement. The shower curtain was disgusting to the point I took it off the rod and put it with the dirty towels. I really hope they took the hint and washed it!

Now.....the really gross part. The floors are wood, not carpet. Which would be great .... IF THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED THEM. My feet were BLACK within 1 hour of being there. It was so bad we asked for a Swiffer (which they didn't have) so we asked for extra towels and literally scrubbed them ourselves with soap and water. The towels were NASTY by the end ? To whoever stays in that room next, you're welcome ?

Whatever the current rate is at, it is too expensive. The rooms are run down, smelly and just overall gross. The door frames are warped leaving gaps in the doorway and you feel like if anyone wanted to get into your room it would be little effort. The bathroom "door" is on sliding rails in what appeared to be a feeble attempt at decor but it was completely loose at the bottom, left a half inch gap along the wall eliminating privacy and not to mention THERES NO HANDLE ON THE INSIDE. During my check in and check out nobody was at the desk as I came to find the one man I saw who worked there is also responsible for the airport shuttle service so if he is called away you're out of luck. The one employees attitude when he finally had a second for the front desk was the only positive aspect of our stay. It's no wonder they prompt you to lock in a marginally lower price if you choose the "no refund" option. I will be telling any who will listen not to waste their money or time. I honestly considered sleeping in the car.

we stayed here for a week and loved our room. Room has big and spacious kitchen, and a very large refrigerator, not like tiny ones hotel usually have. Front desk Nikki was great, made our check in fast and easy, she even recommended some good restaurants, and places to visit in the area other than Niagara falls. They offer free coffee 24 hrs, everything was clean and well taken care of. Airport Shuttle was excellent, they picked us up from airport in 5 min of our calling, even dropped us at the car rental place next day.

This hotel is unlivable. There is black mold in the room and bathroom, there was not enough bedding, and the shower did not work at all. I tried to capture as much as I could in photos; the hotel is disgusting. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and I will try to work with the city of Buffalo to get an inspection.

Smelly rooms, almost no hot water in shower. The room was recently renovated, however, there’s paint slashes all over the washroom. The hallway stench is unbearable. Dirty pillows, ugh, just book elsewhere. Oh, and there’s no door jam lock notch. Just the metal frame. How ghetto.

Travel

Requested ground floor due to my special needs son, it does not mean to give us the worst room! Had a broken fire alarm that was on the counter, the shower head & handles full of crude, a broken head board on the floor and a huge bug was found crawling on the counter! Noah was helpful and willing to help but we had to look at two other rooms and not much better the third room was on the second floor it was ok, we had to relocate with my family in our Pj's not good!
Upon checkout tried to explain our situation with front office manager Michelle and she was very standoffish! Did not even get an apology from her or "have a nice day!" After emailing the manager Nikki responded quickly. We will NOT stay here even for free!

This hotel smells of smoke. It was very hard to find the checking in place as it seems attached to the Quality Inn. Despite calling and specifically booking a room with 2 queen beds, kitchen , sitting area, and handicapped bathroom with rollin shower… It was unavailable at check in. I even called in advance on the same day as my plane was late to make sure I had a handicapped room for my wife and I. 2 queens were needed as we had an adult son travelling with us. The great moment was the driver making an extra run to the airport for me. We decided to shorten our stay and was allowed to do so. I just can’t stay at a place that isn’t handicapped accessible.
