I had a wonderful experience staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Firestone. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The location is convenient, with easy access to Longmont and nearby attractions. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area—I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel outside/inside and the rooms were all very clean and new looking. The staff was nice and accommodating, explaining room charges. We were able to get a rollaway bed and extra linen for our family. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely come back here again when we are in the area.

The rooms were clean - I will say that the housekeeping staff does a very good job. And the breakfast is nice although it's the same thing everyday except for rotating bacon and sausage. It was a little annoying that they didn't have milk our first day so the kids couldn't have any cereal. The fact that they have one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel seems ridiculous to me. And we did have a lot of stomping above us and people coming in very late at night making lots of noise.

What is most unfortunate is that the front desk staff including their manager, Brie are completely incompetent. I don't mind the newer employee that had just started a month ago... She tried very hard to make sure things were correct. But as far as everybody else... "oh my God!" I can't tell you how much time I spent at the front or on the phone making sure that the name on the room was correct and the credit card was correct. I was assured by two separate people that there were notes on the room itself explaining everything if it wasn't very clear.
Then at the time of checkout it took the girl so long to check the other room out for our party, by the time I got to the desk my room had already been checked out and of course charged to the wrong credit card. And I wasn't about to waste more of my time trying to correct it at that point. I will never stay at that hotel again. It also seems a little unprofessional that they are constantly on breaks- and that they take their personal breaks in the lobby.

4.5 stars. Clean rooms. Housekeeping does a good job. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was the usual, hotel food, but basic needs of coffee is pretty much what we needed. Convenient location to get where we wanted to go the couple days we stayed here. Katie the night front desk person was the best! Friendly, professional and courteous. Would stay here again if in the area.

I stayed here last year and was meaning to write a review. Hotel is still very much new so has many good amenities. The lobby, rooms, and the pool were very clean. Many nearby restaurants and shops. The man who managed the breakfast was very friendly with all guests. The only thing I have a complaint about was I wrote and called manager Duston about a weather related matter which he never responded to.

Excellent place, would definitely stay here again! Wonderful front desk employee Katie was awesome to work with!! Very clean & comfy, easy access from our road trip. Nice places to walk our dogs as well.

I regularly travel to Frederick for work and this is my choice of hotel. Front desk are always very friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms are great and breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you can sleep through all kinds of noise (it sounded like a herd of elephants above us). The front desk said they would call the room above, but it still went on for another hour. Disappointing experience considering we paid a lot to stay there.
