The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I also love how they have a good an and go bag for those who miss or don't have time for breakfast. Great and thoughtful idea.

Usually at most hotels, their hot water isn't so hot and there isn't much power behind the shower spray. Boy was I pleased that there were both.

The hallways always smelled good.

The hotel was very nice, the room was great. I didn't use the pool or gym but they did have them and i saw others using them. I mainly care about the room, but this hotel had other issues that i am not sure i want to stay here again since there are other Best Western hotels not too far away. My bill was wrong, but instead of looking at it the person upon check out told me to call corporate. Well corporate said billing is handled by the local hotel, but they did reach out to the manager and they were able to get it taken care of. The other issue was the dogs in the breakfast area. I don't know what their policy is, but several workers were in there and allowed the dogs to stay in the food area.

I just want to give out a shout out to the manager Rebecca. I accidentally booked the room for the following night through a third party app and it was non refundable and it was the last of my money but Rebecca was able to work something out so I could stay there for the night. Thanks to her it made it a very pleasant experience. I really want to thank her efforts because otherwise I would’ve been stuck with nowhere to go. God bless her!

This is a very nice clean and quiet place to stay it's worth every penny and the breakfast layout is great and the people are very friendly and will help you if you have questions

KUDOs: Shower stall with 3 grab bars, a handheld attachment and a collapsible chair! Daily breakfast menu.
CHALLENGEs: Water less hot than I would prefer.

I rarely write reviews, but this situation is worthy. My husband stayed here for work. They had the correct card to charge, but instead charged our card; used for the mandatory"room deposit".

My checking account is negative almost $500 because of someone not paying attention. This is Memorial Day Weekend and the banks are closed until Tuesday. We have zero money. They are refunding the money but it takes 3-5 business days.

This "oops" forced my family to cancel our entire weekend plans.
We will make the best of this but I am Very disappointed with Best Western. My husband has worked out of town for many years and this has never happened.

I don’t know what the people rating this hotel as a 1 or 2 star are on but in my opinion they have clearly lost their minds..the staff were very friendly and accommodating..the rooms were very comfortable and come with a mid sized fridge and small microwave..as well as a very comfy couch..chairs with small ottoman’s and the rooms are immaculate complete with individual shampoos lotions and conditioners (if for some reason they’re forgot to replenish them just call the front desk and ask for more )

They have a nice little indoor pool with a nice little gym with dumbbells ..also a guest laundry next to the computer room..

Last but certainly not least Daisy at the front desk was so friendly and kind I would be remiss if I didn’t mention her wonderful service!

This hotel is very good and very affordable and they allow dogs for 30$ feet…

Great place!
