It’s close to Red Rocks Ampitheater and has decent ease of access to main interstates and hwys.
The breakfast leaves a little to be desired and wasn’t prepared well, oftentimes items were burnt or hard and not edible.
They need more tables to eat on, instead of chairs where you must hold a plate in your lap.
The room was comfortable and cozy. We did have some very loud patrons above us one night and were unable to sleep as the floors have very thin concrete. Stomps and slams echo greatly from above.
I don’t know that I would stay at this location again, but for a family on a budget it’s well worth it, clean, and convenient.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed. And to top it off, minutes away from Red Rocks, the adorable town of Morrison, and lots of beautiful scenic routes and hikes. We didn't want to be in middle of Denver, always looking for quaint smaller towns, and Littleton was great and affordable.||Only downside, not much around for eating. Town closed down around 9, but there's a Walmart supercenyer, a Circle K, and Bevy's booze store close that helped us make do!

Loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly (especially housekeeping) and the rooms were so spacious and clean. Only thing is that we wished there was a hot tub but we will definitely be returning if we stop in the Denver area again.

The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast would be better if they got better at making eggs or got rid of them altogether. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff weren't very friendly. I was there with a large group of family from all over the country. We made tons of noise in the lobby but the staff didn't seem to mind.

One of my very best experiences. My room was spacious and comfortable. My bed and sheets were very clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good ( bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit and muffins to name a few) there was something for everyone. Room/bathroom was spotless. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to liquor store and awesome pizza joint (sauce on the rocks).

DO NOT BOOK OVER THE PHONE.
I should have listened to my gut when I went to book our hotel reservation.
Any employee I encountered over the phone has been rude and dismissive.
On November 13, 2024 I booked our hotel for a wedding anticipated to be in July of 2025, by calling the number on this Google listing. I should have gotten the name of whoever was working the front desk, but I didn't unfortunately.
He was SO rude, kept cutting me off when I was talking, and was acting like he wasn't going to tell me pricing unless I agreed to booking.
Against my better judgement, I booked because he said we would not be charged any fees as long as we cancelled before July 2, 2025.
Today I called and the woman who answered said she could cancel the booking, but could not issue a refund since it was booked through Expedia.
Besides the fact that I called and book over the phone, my husband and I don't have or use Expedia.
She told us to call Expedia, explain the situation, give the confirmation number to get our refund.
We called Expedia, did what she said, and they had no idea what we were talking about/how to help us.
We called La Quinta back and explained it again to the woman at the front desk. She said they don't ever use third party booking, and they don't ever charge in full over the phone. Our credit card was charged by La Quinta, and every text and email I received was from them too.
I successfully cancelled our booking through the email, and received partial refund, and am now fighting to get the rest of my refund back because of a La Quinta employee who booked us through some other party and nobody at the hotel can help figure out who did it or how it happened.
I thought cancelling 6 months in advance, along with him saying we could cancel for full refund before July 2nd, would be a quick and easy experience, but it is proving to be a nightmare.
The hotel looks amazing in pictures, but please beware. Everything is so expensive these days, and people can't afford to be losing hundreds of dollars.

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious and quiet, hot breakfast was very good but a little skimpy on choices, staff was exceptional! Very close (just a couple miles) to variety of shopping and dining options. Easy access to Hwy C-470. Went for a wedding in Conife CO, a quick 15-20 min drive.
