Stayed recently for a business trip. Everything was clean, staff was super friendly and courteous. Dane checked me in on me while I was there-super helpful. He also gave me an incredible mountain view room! Breakfast was incredible, area was very clean. Bed was comfortable, (two Queens, one was firm, one was soft), the bathroom was clean! Pic is view from room! It pays to be a Hilton member!

We loved our stay here! It’s a great location and wasn’t hard to get to our travel destinations, as Colorado Springs isn’t hard to navigate anyhow. The online check in option was smooth and a huge benefit. If you select your own room yourself in the app - choose an odd number, they have the mountain views!

The pool and pool area are very nice and were well maintained. The pool was a comfortable temperature and our kids loved it!

We stayed 3 nights and every day breakfast was incredible. Fresh, hot, healthy options. Whole wheat bread offerings - not just the common white bread everything ? Flavored waffles - even a mini waffle maker! The breakfast area was well staffed and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a well run operation!

We slept so well and loved the Mountain View. I would stay here without question when we return in the future.

Rooms were very clean and pleasant smelling. Towels were pure white and odorless.

Staff: Adam was the star of the show. I saw him work exceptionally hard almost around the clock. He was also training another employee when I asked for some help. No matter the time of the day, he always had a welcoming smile. Other staff members were also very pleasant to work with.

Breakfast: breakfast was pretty good. Everything was fresh and warm.

The staff (Jason and Dane) exceeded all of our expectations! The staff was overly kind and helpful after had a last minute reservation! Their willingness to make our stay as enjoyable and effortless as possible, made our time wonderful. PLUS the breakfast was surprisingly delicious and the jacuzzi was heaven.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the Colorado Springs area!

We arrived in the mid morning on the day of our check-in. We had flown in on a red eye and had driven an hour from Denver. We were pretty tired and hoped to get our luggage safely set aside in our room and get changed. The manager was very friendly and understanding. He and Dane helped get us checked in, even getting us a mountain view room. They brought up our luggage for us while we ate breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked. The manager prided himself on wanting to keep a clean hotel. We found out the hotel is only a few years old, and for the most part it wasn't too crowded. Great central location to popular attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, Flying W Ranch, and Focus on the Family. The hotel itself had everything we needed: a delicious balanced breakfast, chilled water and fountains available, an indoor pool and sauna, and exercise room with some variety. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, and the cleaning service did a nice job every other day.

I recently had an early morning eye surgery, after which I was prohibited from returning home for a day, because of the higher altitude at home. I needed to stay the rest of the day, and the night in Colorado Springs.||I looked for a hotel, but those I called seemed unwilling to allow me to check in early.||I finally called the Hampton Inn Colorado Springs I-25 Central. Jason, at the Hampton Inn, graciously accommodated my need for an early check in. Jason was also most helpful at check in, and we felt well looked after.||Our stay was excellent. This Hampton Inn served us very well. The room was clean and comfortable. My granddaughter, who was my chauffeur for the surgery, enjoyed hanging out in the pool in the afternoon, and the hot breakfast the next morning. ||In a while, I shall be needing surgery for my other eye, and my first call will be to the Hampton Inn Colorado Springs I-25 Central, where I shall be staying again. I flew in for work and initially had a room at another hotel that was not up to par. That led me to booking here late at night and traveling about 45 minutes to get a decent sleep. Dane was great upon check-in. He made sure I had everything I needed for the night. The person who checked me out was also very pleasant.

The room was great. Neat and very clean. The only disappointment I had was that I did not book there in the first place. It would have saved me a headache and I would have gotten more rest. I would definitely stay there again when I come back.

Our stay was excellent. The room was a bit smaller than I pictured but still very comfy and clean. Our only frustration was the fridge. We were hoping for a full-size mini fridge, but the one in the room barely fit the leftovers from our dinner out. That being said, the service was beyond compare. From the moment we checked in through our checkout, Dane at the front desk was by far the best. He went above and beyond for our entire stay! Every time we had a question or needed some assistance, he was on it. He was quick, efficient, super friendly, and our best resource during our stay. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and I loved how they had a distinct separate area for all the food. Will for sure be coming back and staying here again.
