This hotel was very convenient for the Volleyball Final 4. Easy to walk to most places of interest in town from here.||Felt valued as a Titanium Elite. While there were no upgrades available due to the hotel being sold out (legitimate as there was a conference and high occupancy due to events), they allowed me to check in when I arrived at 11AM. ||The M Club lounge was nice and had good food presentations for a domestic lounge. Staff were very attentive and provided great service! Seemed happy to help and were smiling.||Room was brand standard but felt spacious for a base level room. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Bathroom only had tub/shower combo, but this was the only drawback to the room.||If I needed to be in Louisville again I would not hesitate the return to the Marriott!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff at the reception during my son's recent stay. Their kindness and dedication truly went above and beyond.

My son needed a specific fruit for his competition but couldn’t find it in nearby stores. A thoughtful staff member noticed his concern, sourced the fruit from the hotel restaurant, and offered it to him. This extraordinary gesture deeply touched us and showcased exceptional customer service.

The hotel room was also impeccably clean, adding to our wonderful experience. We left with only positive impressions and will definitely return. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nice hotel. Christmas decorations were really pretty and great service. I didn’t care for the beds I thought they were too hard and uncomfortable but that’s just my personal preference. The valet was wonderful. My key battery was low and they caught it and made sure my car started so I wasn’t stranded. Patrick and Aizik thank you!

Awesome building great location. Brought my daughter here for the NCAA Volleyball tournament and we had a great time. However service was awful. And do NOT waste the $35 per person on the “M Club” aka awful continental breakfast. I’ve seen motel 6’s with better breakfast.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here at the Marriott Downtown Louisville. Our Bellman, Richard B. was exceptionally nice and friendly. He went out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. We appreciated the service that he gave us and we will recommend this hotel to our family & friends.

The hotel was beautiful! Our room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view of the river. The staff was friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We went out to eat a couple of times at some great restaurants that were within a 10-minute walk. The M Club was nice, but we were frequently hounded about membership access, even though we had already paid for it.

Great hotel and service! The M Club was such an amazing surprise given by the hotel. We had our own access to something that I felt was special! Gissell, was helpful and sweet! I would recommend this location to anyone 🙂

If your looking for happy hour prices you need to ask the bartender or the hosy if this is Marriott or Porch Kitchen &Bar. The service at the bar is great but if you want to go to the restaurant at Porch for Happy hour prices. Trust me.
