Staff here is friendly and always say hi to my service dogs when they come with me… wow seems like everyone has a problem with the older lady with short hair. I feel she does need an attitude adjustment. I had one altercation when she was manning both registers to expedite customers but when it came to my turn I had to wait. Like she was purposely trying to slow things down and take her time . I told her ass to hurry up and don’t play with me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A few days ago I came to checkout a few items with my 711 wallet in which says scan for rewards and scan again to pay. I showed the skinny Indian dude and he immediately was saying he couldn’t do anything and I can’t use that here. I read what it said to him and he kept refusing to do it. I told him one last time to scan it again and it worked and as he began to bag my items he threw them in the bag with an attitude. Today, the short lady was extremely disrespectful to me when I’m showing her proof of purchase in which she never once took a look at my stuff and said there’s nothing she can do. I’m not from here but I’ve had nothing but wonderful encounters with many locals but this specific 711 was the deal breaker for me. I’d never come back to this 711.

This place went downhill when the new ownership came in. It used to be nice and clean all the time. Now when you walk in, it's always dirty, there's never coffee or coffee creamer, floor is sticky, there's boxes everywhere, and the people working the register don't care. There used to be great people working there before.. unfortunate because this was my go to place.

Ever since the owners took over, they're quite rude 24/7. Came couple times but no, not feeling it anymore. Not sure why they didn't like me but mt guess is due to the fact I wear a cross ✝️. But honestly, I miss the lady workers and other dudes. They usually have everything prepared for customers. Now, it's like your presence is a curse to them. Guess back to floral and garvey 💯.

i dont usually leave reviews but the older short lady with grey hair is always so rude to me. she always acts like she doesn’t know who i am when buying alcohol and asks for my id. even though its a passport id and is memorable and i ALWAYS go to this 711. when she does take my id she always throws it right back on the counter instead of handing it to me. she has also told me that they dont take passport ids but when its another worker they always do. usually nights i walk there and take my dog in and all the other employees love her (my dog) but when i go there in the morning she always says that dogs aren’t allowed, which is probably because she doesnt like me. she is always so nice to other customers in front of me but when she sees me she gives me a terrible attitude. she also gives attitude to my boyfriend and his family as well who she knows at this point but yet still refuses service to us when we dont have our id even though she knows we are all over 21. all im thinking is she just wants to mess with us or just wants to give us bad service which doesnt make sense to me. is her life that miserable? it takes so much out of me not to say something to her because it doesnt seem fair to treat me the way she does. i only started giving her attitude because she gave me attitude. but anyways all the other workers there are great. except for her.
i can see now looking through the reviews that shes not liked very much. and i can see why shes rude distasteful and disrespectful.

They always have items with the wrong price, something that said $1.89 rang at $2.50. Also, they have trash and boxes just placed on top of the ice cream frezer. The muffins were also flipped down, and overall, I wouldn't come back to this 7eleven specifically.

An employee “A short older lady with full white short hair” is always really rude I stopped going to this 711 and even thought the next 711 near me is a few minutes downer I rather drive more but today I decided to give it another try hoping this lady wouldn’t be there today but for my luck she was and as always RUDE I literally walked out of there crying

The slurpee machine is always broken which sucks because my kids look forward to it after swimming. Nacho cheese machine too. I used to come here all the time but lately its been a disaster and I feel nasty after leaving the store. The old Latina lady in the mornings is incredibly rude.

The managers are also rude and passive aggressive to customers which leads to the workers being miserable and taking out their frustrations on us. I spoke to a employee about the work morale and she said that the managers are clueless. And long term workers have been quitting because of discrimination and unfair treatment. I work for a Labor Law attorney and we have dealt with cases like this many times.

The higher ups need to intervene ASAP before this store gets into serious legal trouble.
